Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays/holidays).
If an item is out of stock or needs extra handling, processing may take longer and we’ll contact you.

Shipping areas

We currently ship across Pakistan.
(If you also do international shipping, tell me countries + courier and I’ll add that section.)

Delivery time (estimated)

Delivery time depends on your city and courier route:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other areas: 3–7 business days
    Delivery estimates may vary during sales, Eid/Ramadan, or due to weather/courier delays.

Shipping charges

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout and shown before you place your order.

Tracking & shipment confirmation

If tracking is available through the courier, we will share a tracking number/SMS once the order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

If COD is available, please keep the exact amount ready and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout; delays or returns may occur if details are incomplete or incorrect.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Missing, damaged, or lost packages

If your package is missing, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order number and photos (if applicable).
We will coordinate with the courier and guide you on replacement/refund where applicable.
